Continuing Education Manual for Co-SponsorshipThe North Carolina Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. The NCPA Continuing Education Manual outlines the process for developing and offering Category A continuing education. The North Carolina Psychology Board recognizes APA Continuing Education providers as eligible to provide Category A credits under the rules of the Board. NCPA offers a co-sponsorship program for organizations or individuals who wish to provide Category A continuing education for psychologists. If you would like to partner with NCPA to provide continuing education, please read the NCPA CE Manual in its entirety before contacting NCPA or submitting the initial application. Particular information about co-sponsorship begins on page 4. Co-sponsors must meet all of the requirements outlined in the manual. If you have questions about being a co-sponsor, please contact NCPA Director of Membership and Continuing Education Karen Gray: [email protected].
