** Please note, you must be able to work in office in Sanford, NC! a super easy commute from the Triangle, the Triad and Fayetteville area!

Worry about earning a living AND paying overhead give lots of excellent clinicians pause before jumping into private practice! Not only do we support your practice for the first 90 days** (**for FT clinician with 24 month contract) but we offer these other amazing perks: Not in network with insurances? We offer FREE assistance with credentialing and contracting with insurances. We hope for a clinician to join us who is confident, trained in evidence-based practice(s) and is able to apply ethical and sound clinical acumen to their work with clients! Ideally, the best fit will be able to see a span of ages and presenting problems from young children and their families through older adults.

New to private practice? We offer free weekly support meetings to help you get acclimated! Private practice IS different than an agency or hospital and we will help you be successful! Our professional and beautiful offices are situated near the Courthouse in Sanford, NC in a professional office complex, allowing for privacy for patients.

BHA needs a clinician who can work EITHER part time or full time! Ability to work both in-office and remote is needed.

Some perks that set us aside from other practices: multi-disciplinary staff with FT psychiatrist (double boarded) in the office, the ‘go to’ practice in our community (Sanford, Lee County) with a minimum of 15 NP referrals per week, the opportunity to develop groups, workshops or whatever other interventions you are interested in! We also have FT administrative staff who handle everything non-clinical for us—your responsibility is to see your clients, write your notes and head out! Our billing is second to none with a 98% collection rate and there are a couple of compensation strategies for you to choose from that are competitive and create a win/win for the clinician and the practice administration expense.

If you are interested, please take a look at our website ( which will tell you about our clinicians and give you a ‘vibe’ about who we are and what we are passionate about! Would you like more info? Please email Laurie Conaty, LCSW, LCAS at [email protected]
